Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business potential, conceptualize, and execute strategies to drive sales, increase turnover, and achieve targets.
  2. Identify and pursue business opportunities through surveys, mapping, and lead generation.
  3. Identify new builders, projects, and business opportunities, converting them into sales.
  4. Manage professional relationships with entities involved in projects such as PMCs, contractors, and designers.
  5. Specify products through Architects/Consultants.
  6. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
  7. Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence.
  8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  9. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  10. Travel to assigned locations to introduce/maintain product/service supply to target consumers and existing clients.
  11. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  12. Follow up for advances and balance payments from customers.
  13. Prepare and submit sales reports to the respective manager.
  14. Meet architects/consultants to specify products and maintain a good relationship with them.
  15. Generate inquiries through cold calls and area mapping.
  16. Follow up with clients on submitted offers, negotiate, and close orders in line with company policies.
  17. Provide correct data to coordination/technical team for receiving drawings if any.
  18. Take sign-off from clients on drawings and final offers made.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree
